Restart the extension

To ensure the latest configuration has been loaded from the server you need to disable/re-enable the extension in your browser.

Chrome:

Verify the Sipgate.IO settings

Make sure Sipgate.IO is configured correctly. For this log into the CTI Portal (https://cti.hej.sx) and go to "Settings". Make sure all settings have a green checkmark and, if not, click on "Fix IO Settings".
